I used C&M services for our bathroom remodel and we were so happy with the work that we got them to remodel the kitchen, new downstairs floor, under-stairs cupboard and mounting the TV and necessary electrics on the lounge wall.
Their work is so impressive I could hardly believe the change that the house has undertaken with their hard work.
A friendly helpful approach, we had no problem letting them in in the morning and leaving them to it whilst we went to work.

Michael and Tony have worked very hard over the last few weeks, making some nice steps up to our lawn, adding drainage to our patio, reinforcing our driveway which had crumbling chalk cliffs and finally installing a new toilet and vanity unit in our bathroom.
They have been great workers, working hard and very good at what they do. Michael and Tony have always come back to us to discuss any problems and to make sure everything is just as we wanted it. It has been a pleasant change to come across such a willing and friendly and helpful property maintenance team.Every thing was left tidy and clean.

They removed a wall and made bedrooms bigger. We are so pleased with the outcome. The house is transformed now. Mike completed two bedroom makeovers and a bathroom facelift. The work completed is excellent and Mike is a lovely person who is passionate about making sure he does the best job possible for you. We have already asked him back to do some jobs

We have had various jobs done throughout the last five years and have always been very happy with the service. Michael will give advice and always provides an accurate quote very quickly. We have had numerous jobs - from little things like guttering repairs and putting shelves up, to bigger things such as renovating our cellar and decorating entire rooms.

Michael is very reliable, always available for discussions and provides updates without being asked to. The quality of work is always excellent and often exceeds expectations. Carole and Michael have carried out a long list of major projects in my house over the years, including a new kitchen and bathroom, laying wood flooring on the ground floor and a host of other electrical, plumbing, painting and decorating jobs. Had my bathroom done recently by Carole and Mike, very pleased.  They where on time, hard working, and very tidy, bathroom looks great and no more old leaking tap. They even layed my new floor which is superb looking.  Their rates are very reasonable.  I would recommend them to a friend.
